Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo or proof of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly accept the return and offer a replacement or refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of defect (photo or video) is required to process the return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different color, size, or style), we’re happy to help! Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade/custom nature of some of our products, custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
